Across biology, finance, and AI, network analysis is everywhere—but current methods can't disentangle the hidden, interwoven causes shaping these systems. Clusters form from multiple overlapping influences—genetic, structural, functional, or contextual—making it impossible to isolate true drivers of function, disease, or meaning. This is a core barrier to breakthroughs in precision medicine and next-generation AI.
.
Comprehension Normalization Method (CNM) is a patented approach that exposes the underlying causal structure of networks - biological or linguistic. CNM reveals why elements in a network cluster together, not just how they do. It untangles layered and confounding factors, isolating the individual forces that drive network structure.

Software for Network Analytics

Networks are everywhere. CNM with networks isolates causal features underlying groupings be they because of coexpression or paper citations, CNM can find and isolate those underlying forces so that they may be studied in this more simplified situation. For natural networks - which appear in almost every field - there are causes to their architecture. CNM clarifies and simplifies causation to one or few underlying forces at a time. This is an advancement in understanding complexity.

Software for AI & Language

Language is also a network, depending on the connections a specific domain generates, CNM for language can get at commonalities in underlying meanings, in an understanding way instead of merely a predictive way. Current AI models rely on massive datasets, but struggle with logical consistency. CNM for AI and language expands connections by shared underlying meaning. CNM Mimics how humans refine understanding when they rephrase concepts in different ways.
